Do you sell online?+
Aurée is a by-appointment showroom. We do not sell online — every piece is experienced in person or through a private virtual consultation.
What is your price range?+
Our pieces begin from ₹45,000 and go up to bespoke bridal commissions. Every quote is transparent, itemised and hallmark-backed.
Do you accept custom design commissions?+
Yes. Our atelier accepts bespoke commissions with 6–10 weeks of craft time depending on complexity.
Are your diamonds certified?+
Every diamond above 0.30ct comes with an IGI or GIA certificate. Solitaires are laser-inscribed for authenticity.
Is your gold BIS hallmarked?+
Every piece we sell carries the BIS Hallmark 916 stamp for 22K gold and 750 for 18K.
Do you provide lifetime cleaning?+
Yes — complimentary ultrasonic cleaning and polishing for every Aurée piece, for life.
How should I store my jewellery?+
Individually in soft velvet pouches, away from humidity. Diamond and gold pieces should not be stored together.
How do I book a visit?+
Use our appointment form, WhatsApp, or call the concierge. We reply within 2 hours during business hours.
Do you offer bridal consultations?+
Yes. Our bridal stylist offers 2-hour private sessions with tea, sketches and trousseau curation.
